Hikers, Loop Head, County Clare

The third annual Loop Head Peninsula Walking and Heritage Festival will take place between May 1st and 4th.

This year organisers have added more walks and walks with a strong focus on local heritage and culture, while they claim that the festival presents “a great opportunity to experience the coastal landscape and maritime history of this award winning coastal community”.

Events include a walk along Kilkee Cliffs, a heritage walk around Doonaha and an exploration of the Rocky Shore at the Bridges of Ross.
