37 firefighters from Clare Fire Service this week attended Fire Behaviour courses at the purpose built Ballinrobe Fire Behaviour Training Centre in Co. Mayo.

Facilitated by Clare County Fire & Rescue Service instructors, the courses covered how compartment fires develop and how best to fight fires in such situations. Firefighters were exposed to hot conditions and had to make decisions on how to deal with the situation they encountered.
