Shannon Sinn Féin members were in Limerick City last weekend to support the selection of Limerick City Councillor Maurice Quinlivan, as the party’s candidate for the forthcoming general election.

Brian Higgins, Cathaoirleach Shannon LEA, pointed out the “many great links” between Shannon and Limerick City, in commerce and employment.  Mr Higgins, spoke about the “oncoming creation of alternative political options for Irish people.
