Airtricity Price drop announced

airtricity-672x296Airtricity today announced that it is to reduce its domestic energy prices by 4% for gas and 2% for electricity.

The company’s announcement follows last week’s news that Bord Gais Energy is to cut its domestic energy prices, and the price cut announced by Electric Ireland last November.

Today’s announcement came as Minister for Communications Alex White began a series of separate meetings with the chief executives of energy companies to discuss the speed with which wholesale energy price reductions are being reflected in household bills.
